  FONTpage Installation


Installation should be simple, as there is nothing to compile.
You have what is one of three packages.

1) A source package
2) Slackware Package


FONTpage was written and tested using 
pyGTK-2.8.6, python-2.4.3, GTK-2.8.17
and PIL.

1) A source package


	REQUIREMENTS:
	
	    python >= 2.4
	    GTK >= 2.6
	    pyGTK >= 2.6


	a.) If requirements are met, 
	    Decompress the FONTpage_src-x.x.bz2
		Place fontpage.py somewhere in your path.
		(As an example, /usr/local/bin)
		Also copy the "locale" folder (for translation support)
		to the same directory you copied fontpage.py.
	    
     	b.)Start the script version by running "fontpage.py"



2) Slackware Package


	  a.)Install Package

	  b.)run fontpage.py
